Amy Davis

Amy Davis was born in New York, and won the Newsday drawing contest at the age of 9 with her winged unicorn. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, she has always dreamed of being an artist.

Amy has worked with LeSportsac, Urban Decay, Hard Candy, Reebok, Nine & Co., Beams, Seventeen, Cosmogirl, and Paper Magazine, and her work has been exhibited at Colette (Paris), Deitch Projects (NYC), PS1 (NY), and the Mayor Gallery (London), among others.

She makes independent movies with her husband, Jon Moritsugu, and is currently nominated for a Grammy for  a music video they co-directed for TV ON THE RADIO. She is the daughter of late jazz great, Mel Davis, and also leads garage noise band LOW ON HIGH with Moritsugu
